Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
SHIPPING
We offer $20 flat rate shipping to all locations within Canada. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Not all items qualify for shipping.
Some items are not available to ship due to the product weight and/or size or contents. If you wish to have an item shipped that does not qualify through the website, please contact us directly by email or phone and we are happy to create a custom shipping rate for your purchase.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Free local delivery is available on all orders within the Delta area. To qualify, you must enter a delivery address upon checkout with a Delta postal code.
Deliveries are made on business days between 10am and 6pm. Please notify us if there is a preferred day or time and we will do our best to accommodate. We will notify you by email after the delivery has been made.
PICK-UP
You can get your order fastest with free pickup in store. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. Any order not picked up within 30 days of purchase will be refunded and returned into our stock.
